Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Department reviews all permit applications for sheds, garages, swimming pools, etc. The Department is also the liaison to the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission. Also, Maps, Town of Pelahatchie Ordinances and Regulations are at the City Hall, 705 Second Street.
